We want to serve you quickly, efficiently, and the best that we can. Here are some ideas to help clients communicate with us in the best way possible.
TELEPHONE CALLS:
Our telephone number is 856-665-2121. This is a landline. The best times to call are:
■ between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
■ between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM
If we do not answer the telephone, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE! We do not check caller ID logs to guess who has called. If you leave a voicemail, the message comes to us via telephone and email. We will only know you called if you leave a message.
EMAILS:

If you have an email attachment, please ensure it is a “PDF” and not in another format. Also, please do not take a picture and put this as part of the email message, as it is difficult to read and use.
Due to the large volume of emails, we review emails “twice” a day. Sometimes it takes longer to reply to your email than we would like, but we try to reply as quickly as possible.
TEXT MESSAGES:
Please do not text our telephone line, as it is a landline and does not receive text messages. Text messages are the least valuable way of communicating with our office. Nevertheless, if you feel compelled to text, please send it to 856-745-4330. I will not respond immediately as the message is often delayed due to poor cell phone reception in the office.

Please remember to use the “Suite 128″ portion of the address as we are in a large office complex. Even though our regular mail carriers and express delivery people know our office, you still need to include the suite number; if there is no suite number, some packages and mail are returned by the post office!
